Very happy with the service I received. A quick and polite site visit, followed by a clear, itemized quote and a prompt start date. Paul was on time, efficient and super tidy - I've not found any pvc cuts or mess, the guys even hoovered and wiped up after themselves. This was a single phase to 3-phase board upgrade, new 16mm SWA garage feed, sub-board and lights/sockets plus 6mm EV ultra charger cable all buried under patio drive blocks. Through no fault of their own the board upgrade caused problems that resulted in the guys staying until 2:30am to finish and make safe! Amazing service!!

We'd had a local solar installer who had not done the job they verbally quoted for (I wanted, and was promised, a system that would keep my power running in the event of a power cut), so I contacted Blue Electrics to ask if they would be able to fix this. Not only were they able to, but they are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about solar, and understand the SunSynk system thoroughly. Paul did a fantastic job, in the process of which he found problems with the work of the previous installer, at least one of which was effectively reducing the power available from the batteries we had. I got Blue Electrics to install another battery at the same time, and now I've got a system I can depend on to keep me self-sufficient (even without the grid if it drops out) for most of the year. Their work ethic is exemplary; they really believe in what they do and work hard to achieve it. If you're anywhere in the southern half of Wales these are THE people to go for, for solar. Don't even think about others. I wish I'd gone to Blue in the first place. Now you don't have to make the mistake I did.
